It is the most prominent field and this field includes support for educational programs and entities that achieve strategic goals at all levels of formal education (general, post-secondary, university, higher).

This field includes supporting programs that contribute to empowering third sector institutions, whether by supporting the development of their organizational structure and human cadres (creating or completing their administrative systems, training and developing their human cadres), or achieving financial sustainability for them, in addition to any strategic initiatives that contribute to enabling these institutions.
