Coinciding with International Youth Day: Conclusion of the 4th Nahl Camp 2025

The 4th Nahl Camp 2025 concluded with the participation of 77 male and female students from the New Horizon Leaders Program (Nahl), funded by Al-Awn Foundation for Development, supervised by the HLDYC Foundation, and implemented by Nebras Development Association.

Held annually, the Nahl Camp aims to refine students’ skills, nurture their talents, and provide them with new knowledge and practical experiences that enhance their academic and professional readiness. Participants are selected through a rigorous system of standards and criteria designed to attract distinguished students.

During the closing ceremony, Eng. Shihab Ibrahim Al-Saqqaf, Programs and Projects Specialist at Al-Awn Foundation, highlighted that the camp reflects the Foundation’s vision of “focusing on people” through training and capacity building, stressing that youth empowerment remains a top priority for fostering a conscious generation capable of making a positive impact in society.

Meanwhile, Mr. Munir Salem Kaweilah, Executive Director of HLDYC Foundation, affirmed that the continuous development of the camp is essential to achieving tangible results, emphasizing that investing in youth is an investment in the nation’s future.

Mr. Ashraf Issa Al-Hadri, Secretary-General of Nebras Development Association, praised the quality of the camp’s outputs and educational materials, noting their relevance to the needs of young people and alignment with contemporary requirements.

Speaking on behalf of the participants, student Mohammed Saeed Al-Alyi expressed his gratitude to the donor, supervising, and implementing institutions, emphasizing the great benefit they gained from the scientific sessions and diverse activities.

The ceremony concluded with the recognition of the best groups in the camp’s activities, including scientific research, job interviews, and critical thinking exercises, in addition to honoring the professors and facilitators who contributed to the success of the 4th Nahl Camp.
