The three-day program focuses on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to anticipate and manage potential risks, and to develop effective response plans that ensure continuity and the achievement of project goals. The training sessions cover a range of topics, including decision-making under pressure, the stages of preparing a risk management plan, systems thinking in analysis, and the challenges of identifying risks in development work environments.
The training is led by a team of distinguished trainers from the foundation, including Mr. Mohammed Al-Sabban, engineers Ibrahim Khan and Shehab Al-Saqqaf, and Mr. Salem Hamdah, in addition to trainers from partner organizations, notably engineer Abdulbaset Bakhadr and Ms. Ibtisam Abdulmajeed.
