The Technical Industrial Institute witnessed the inauguration ceremony of new workshops and laboratories dedicated to the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning specialization. The event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education, and Vocational Training, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Wasabi, who officially launched the facility by cutting the ribbon, marking the beginning of operations at these new educational facilities.

This vital project is generously supported by Al-Awn Foundation for Development and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity Society, as part of efforts to strengthen technical and vocational education and align its outcomes with the labor market—particularly in in-demand technical fields such as refrigeration and air conditioning.

In his speech, the Minister expressed his gratitude to the supporting organizations, emphasizing that such initiatives represent a model of collaboration between the government sector and charitable and developmental institutions. He added that they play a crucial role in building the capacities of young people and enabling them to acquire practical skills that qualify them to enter the labor market with competence.
